I just ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so I have a chance to fill your spot. * 48+ hours’ notice: Your deposit can be transferred ONCE to your new appointment or refunded. * Less than 48 hours’ notice: Your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. * Less than 24 hours’ notice or a no-show: You will be charged a 40% cancellation fee of the remaining balance of your scheduled service. * Arriving more than 15 minutes late: Your appointment may need to be shortened, modified, or rescheduled depending on the service and timing.
